Casa Pepita is a recently renovated house in the heart of the old town of Altea with incredible sea views, spread over three floors.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, one of them located on the second floor with a 1.80 double bed and large windows offering spectacular views and access to a rooftop terrace-chill-out area, along with a full en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there is an open kitchen and a living-dining room with great sea views and plenty of natural light. The second bedroom has two 90 cm beds. This bedroom can also be converted into a living room and is located on the entrance floor of the accommodation, facing the second full bathroom.
Situated in the middle part of the old town of Altea, on a very quiet pedestrian street about 150 meters from the sea, as well as from the church dome and its streets, the promenade, restaurants, and shops. It is suitable for a maximum of 4 people, includes WiFi and air conditioning. Pets are not allowed. VT488113A
